2007 Pay Dates For Eligible Members October 9, 2007
Local
members who are on the October cycle (in contrast to those on the April cycle)
and who are otherwise eligible to receive salary adjustments shall receive said
increases effective October 4, 2007. They shall be payable in paychecks dated
October 31, 2007 (pay period 14).
The types of increases covered are as
follows: - Performance Advances: for members not yet at the job rate
who have received a performance evaluation higher than unsatisfactory or the equivalent
will move up one step.
- Five & 10 Year Longevity Advances:
for members who on their anniversary date complete five years of service at the
job rate and whose most recent performance evaluation was satisfactory or higher
shall move to longevity step 1 and receive an $850 increase in salary. For members
who on their anniversary date complete ten years of service at the job rate and
whose most recent performance evaluation was satisfactory or higher shall move
to longevity step 2 and receive an additional $850 increase in salary (but in
no event higher than the salary established for longevity step 2 for that grade
in the most recent salary schedule).
- Grade 18 Merit Step Above
the Job Rate: Eligible salary grade 18 members currently at the job rate will
move to the merit job rate. (Note: additional performance, educational and training
qualifications required.)
